Single use Blood Sample Storage Tubes

TransFix^® single use blood sample storage tubes are an easy to use method for the stabilisation of patient blood samples for storage and transportation.

TransFix^® single use sample tubes are 2ml capacity tubes with a screw top, which are prefilled with 0.2ml of TransFix. To use simply add 1ml of anticoagulated whole blood, mix by inversion 5X to distribute TransFix^® throughout the sample, label and store at 4°C.

TransFix^® treated blood is stable at temperatures of 4°C to 22°C for 10 days and at 37°C for 4 days.

TransFix^® Single Use sample tubes are available in packs of 10, 25 and 50. They are stored at room temperature and have a shelf life of 6 months.
